Risks and assumptions
Description of risks (and assumptions)
You can note here your risks that you have identified for your project. Furthermore, you can monitor whether or not there is a need for action.
- A person might not know how to fill in a WebMo. Others have log-frame or resultsmodels that are unique and do not fit into the reporting structures provided from their donors.
- You have the impression that monitoring is a task that you only do at the end of the year to comply with your donors’ wishes. And then everything gets really hectic, because not all the information is in one place, some people who have the information have already gone on vacation and you don’t know how to get the report done by the deadline.
Need for action? Yes
Action to be taken
Here you display whether or not there is a need for action (Yes, No or Unsure). If, yes, you can describe what type of action you may need to take, e.g. we need to identify potential customers.

Project progress based on objective indicator progress
Project progress based on qualitative assessment
Current progress description
The second tab gives you an overview of the progress, which is mainly filled out automatically with the entries you made in the other tab. Only the qualitative assessment needs to be done manually: This space allows you to give a description of your current progress. As you go along your project, you can adjust that number to up to 100%. As we have only started recently with this project, the progress is still only 10%.
